2 Und Jerobeam3379 sprach559 zu seinem Weibe802: Mache dich8138 auf6965 und verstelle dich, daß niemand merke, daß du Jerobeams3379 Weib802 seiest, und gehe1980 hin gen Silo7887. Siehe, daselbst ist1696 der Prophet5030 Ahia281, der mir geredet hat3045, daß ich sollte König4428 sein über dies Volk5971.

2 And Jeroboam3379 said559 to his wife,802 Arise,6965 I pray4994 you, and disguise8138 yourself, that you be not known3045 to be the wife802 of Jeroboam;3379 and get1980 you to Shiloh:7887 behold,2009 there8033 is Ahijah281 the prophet,5030 which1931 told1696 me that I should be king4428 over5921 this2088 people.5971

3 Und nimm3947 mit dir zehn6235 Brote3899 und Kuchen5350 und einen Krug1228 mit Honig1706; und komm zu ihm3027, daß er dir sage5046, wie es dem Knaben5288 gehen935 wird.

3 And take3947 with you ten6235 loaves,3899 and cracknels,5350 and a cruse1228 of honey,1706 and go935 to him: he shall tell5046 you what4100 shall become1961 of the child.5288

4 Und das Weib802 Jerobeams3379 tat also; und machte6213 sich6965 auf6965 und ging935 hin3212 gen Silo7887 und kam ins Haus1004 Ahias281. Ahia aber konnte3201 nicht sehen7200; denn seine Augen5869 starreten vor Alter7869.

4 And Jeroboam's3379 wife802 did6213 so,3651 and arose,6965 and went3212 to Shiloh,7887 and came935 to the house1004 of Ahijah.281 But Ahijah281 could3201 not see;7200 for his eyes5869 were set6965 by reason of his age.7869

5 Aber der HErr3068 sprach559 zu Ahia281: Siehe, das Weib802 Jerobeams kommt935, daß sie von dir eine Sache frage1875 um1697 ihren Sohn1121; denn er3379 ist1696 krank2470. So2090 rede nun mit ihr935 so und so. Da sie nun hineinkam, stellete sie sich fremd5234.

5 And the LORD3068 said559 to Ahijah,281 Behold,2009 the wife802 of Jeroboam3379 comes935 to ask1875 a thing1697 of you for her son;1121 for he is sick:2470 thus2090 and thus2088 shall you say1696 to her: for it shall be, when she comes935 in, that she shall feign5234 herself to be another5234 woman.

6 Als aber Ahia281 hörete das Rauschen6963 ihrer Füße7272 zur Tür6607 hineingehen935, sprach559 er3379: Komm herein935, du5234 Weib802 Jerobeams, warum stellest du dich so fremd? Ich bin zu8085 dir gesandt7971 ein harter7186 Bote.

6 And it was so, when Ahijah281 heard8085 the sound6963 of her feet,7272 as she came935 in at the door,6607 that he said,559 Come935 in, you wife802 of Jeroboam;3379 why4100 feign5234 you yourself to be another?5234 for I am sent7971 to you with heavy7186 tidings.

8 und habe6213 das Königreich4467 von Davids1732 Hause1004 gerissen7167 und dir gegeben5414. Du5869 aber bist nicht gewesen wie mein Knecht5650 David1732, der meine Gebote4687 hielt und wandelte1980 mir nach310 von ganzem Herzen3824, daß er tat, was mir nur8104 wohlgefiel;

8 And rent7167 the kingdom4467 away from the house1004 of David,1732 and gave5414 it you: and yet you have not been1961 as my servant5650 David,1732 who834 kept8104 my commandments,4687 and who834 followed1980 310 me with all3605 his heart,3824 to do6213 that only7535 which was right3477 in my eyes;5869

9 und hast übel7489 getan6213 über alle, die vor dir gewesen sind, bist hingegangen3212 und hast dir andere312 Götter430 gemacht und gegossene Bilder4541, daß du mich6440 zu6213 Zorn3707 reizetest, und hast mich hinter310 deinen Rücken1458 geworfen7993.

9 But have done6213 evil7489 above all3605 that were before6440 you: for you have gone3212 and made6213 you other312 gods,430 and molten4541 images, to provoke me to anger,3707 and have cast7993 me behind310 your back:1458

10 Darum siehe, ich will935 Unglück7451 über das Haus1004 Jerobeams3379 führen und ausrotten3772 an dem Jerobeam3379 auch den, der an die Wand7023 pisset, den Verschlossenen6113 und Verlassenen in Israel3478; und will die Nachkommen310 5800 des Hauses1004 Jerobeam3379 ausfegen1197, wie man Kot1557 ausfeget, bis ganz mit ihm aus8552 sei.

10 Therefore, behold,2005 I will bring935 evil7451 on the house1004 of Jeroboam,3379 and will cut3772 off from Jeroboam3379 him that urinates8366 against the wall,7023 and him that is shut6113 up and left5800 in Israel,3478 and will take1197 away the remnant310 of the house1004 of Jeroboam,3379 as a man takes1197 away dung,1557 till5704 it be all8552 gone.

11 Wer von Jerobeam3379 stirbt4191 in der Stadt5892, den sollen die Hunde3611 fressen398; wer aber auf dem Felde7704 stirbt4191, den sollen die Vögel5775 des Himmels8064 fressen398; denn der HErr3068 hat1696 es geredet.

11 Him that dies4191 of Jeroboam3379 in the city5892 shall the dogs3611 eat;398 and him that dies4191 in the field7704 shall the fowls5775 of the air8064 eat:398 for the LORD3068 has spoken1696 it.

12 So mache du dich auf6965 und7272 gehe3212 heim1004. Und wenn dein Fuß zur Stadt5892 eintritt935, wird das Kind3206 sterben4191.
|
12 Arise6965 you therefore, get3212 you to your own house:1004 and when your feet7272 enter935 into the city,5892 the child3206 shall die.4191
|

13 Und es wird4672 ihn2896 das1697 ganze Israel3478 klagen5594 und werden6912 ihn begraben. Denn dieser allein von Jerobeam3379 wird zu Grabe6913 kommen, darum daß etwas Gutes an ihm erfunden ist935 vor dem HErrn3068, dem GOtt430 Israels3478, im Hause1004 Jerobeams3379.

13 And all3605 Israel3478 shall mourn5594 for him, and bury6912 him: for he only905 of Jeroboam3379 shall come935 to the grave,6913 because3282 in him there is found4672 some good2896 thing1697 toward413 the LORD3068 God430 of Israel3478 in the house1004 of Jeroboam.3379

14 Der HErr3068 aber wird ihm einen König4428 über Israel3478 erwecken6965, der wird das Haus1004 Jerobeams3379 ausrotten3772 des Tages3117. Und was ist nun gemacht?
|
14 Moreover the LORD3068 shall raise6965 him up a king4428 over5921 Israel,3478 who834 shall cut3772 off the house1004 of Jeroboam3379 that day:3117 but what?4100 even1571 now.6258

15 Und der HErr3068 wird5110 Israel3478 schlagen5221, gleichwie das Rohr7070 im Wasser4325 beweget wird, und wird Israel3478 ausreißen5428 von diesem guten2896 Lande127, das er ihren Vätern1 gegeben5414 hat, und wird sie streuen2219 über das Wasser5104, darum daß sie ihre Haine842 gemacht haben, den HErrn3068 zu6213 erzürnen3707.

15 For the LORD3068 shall smite5221 Israel,3478 as a reed7070 is shaken5110 in the water,4325 and he shall root5428 up Israel3478 out of this2063 good2896 land,127 which834 he gave5414 to their fathers,1 and shall scatter2219 them beyond5676 the river,5104 because834 they have made6213 their groves,842 provoking the LORD3068 to anger.3707

16 Und5414 wird Israel3478 übergeben um1558 der Sünden2403 willen Jerobeams3379, der da gesündiget hat2398 und5414 Israel3478 hat sündigen2398 gemacht.

16 And he shall give5414 Israel3478 up because1558 of the sins2403 of Jeroboam,3379 who834 did sin,2398 and who834 made Israel3478 to sin.2398

|
17 Und das Weib802 Jerobeams3379 machte sich auf6965, ging935 hin3212 und kam935 gen Thirza8656. Und da sie auf die Schwelle5592 des Hauses1004 kam, starb4191 der Knabe5288.

17 And Jeroboam's3379 wife802 arose,6965 and departed,3212 and came935 to Tirzah:8656 and when she came935 to the threshold5592 of the door,1004 the child5288 died;4191

18 Und sie5594 begruben6912 ihn3027, und ganz Israel3478 klagte ihn nach dem Wort1697 des HErrn3068, das er geredet hatte1696 durch seinen Knecht5650 Ahia281, den Propheten5030.

18 And they buried6912 him; and all3605 Israel3478 mourned5594 for him, according to the word1697 of the LORD,3068 which834 he spoke1696 by the hand3027 of his servant5650 Ahijah281 the prophet.5030

19 Was mehr von Jerobeam3379 zu sagen ist3789, wie3117 er gestritten3898 und3499 regieret hat4427, siehe, das1697 ist geschrieben in der Chronik5612 der Könige4428 Israels3478.

20 And the days3117 which834 Jeroboam3379 reigned4427 were two8147 and twenty6242 years:8141 and he slept7901 with his fathers,1 and Nadab5070 his son1121 reigned4427 in his stead.8478

Einundvierzig705 Jahre8141 alt1121 war Rehabeam7346, da er7760 König4427 ward4427 und regierete siebenzehn Jahre8141 zu Jerusalem3389, in der Stadt5892, die der HErr3068 erwählet hatte977 aus allen Stämmen7626 Israels3478, daß er seinen Namen8034 daselbst hinstellete. Seine Mutter517 hieß8034 Naema5279, eine259 Ammonitin5985.

21 And Rehoboam7346 the son1121 of Solomon8010 reigned4427 in Judah.3063 Rehoboam7346 was forty705 and one259 years8141 old1121 when he began to reign,4427 and he reigned4427 seventeen7651 6240 years8141 in Jerusalem,3389 the city5892 which834 the LORD3068 did choose977 out of all3605 the tribes7626 of Israel,3478 to put7760 his name8034 there.8033 And his mother's517 name8034 was Naamah5279 an Ammonitess.5984

22 Und Juda3063 tat6213, das dem7451 HErrn3068 übel gefiel; und reizten ihn5869 zu Eifer7065, mehr denn alles, das ihre Väter1 getan6213 hatten mit ihren Sünden2403, die sie taten2398.

22 And Judah3063 did6213 evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 and they provoked him to jealousy7065 with their sins2403 which834 they had committed,2398 above all3605 that their fathers1 had done.6213

23 Denn sie1129 baueten ihnen auch Höhen1116, Säulen4676 und Haine842 auf allen hohen1364 Hügeln1389 und unter allen grünen7488 Bäumen6086.

24 Es waren auch Hurer6945 im Lande776; und sie taten alle die Greuel8441 der Heiden1471, die der HErr3068 vor6440 den Kindern1121 Israel3478 vertrieben3423 hatte6213.

24 And there were also1571 sodomites6945 in the land:776 and they did6213 according to all3605 the abominations8441 of the nations1471 which834 the LORD3068 cast3423 out before6440 the children1121 of Israel.3478

25 Aber im fünften2549 Jahr8141 des Königs4428 Rehabeam7346 zog5927 Sisak7895, der König4428 in Ägypten4714, herauf wider Jerusalem3389.

25 And it came1961 to pass in the fifth2549 year8141 of king4428 Rehoboam,7346 that Shishak7895 king4428 of Egypt4714 came5927 up against5921 Jerusalem:3389

26 Und nahm3947 die Schätze214 aus dem Hause1004 des HErrn3068 und aus dem Hause1004 des Königs4428 und alles, was2091 zu nehmen3947 war, und nahm3947 alle güldenen Schilde4043, die Salomo8010 hatte lassen machen6213;

26 And he took3947 away the treasures214 of the house1004 of the LORD,3068 and the treasures214 of the king's4428 house;1004 he even took3947 away all:3605 and he took3947 away all3605 the shields4043 of gold2091 which834 Solomon8010 had made.6213

27 an welcher Statt ließ der König4428 Rehabeam7346 eherne5178 Schilde4043 machen6213 und befahl sie6485 unter die Hand3027 der obersten8269 Trabanten7323, die der Tür6607 hüteten8104 am Hause1004 des Königs4428.

27 And king4428 Rehoboam7346 made6213 in their stead8478 brazen5178 shields,4043 and committed6485 them to the hands3027 of the chief8269 of the guard,7323 which kept8104 the door6607 of the king's4428 house.1004

28 Und so1767 oft der König4428 in das Haus1004 des HErrn3068 ging935, trugen5375 sie die Trabanten7323 und brachten sie wieder7725 in der Trabanten7323 Kammer8372.

28 And it was so, when1767 the king4428 went935 into the house1004 of the LORD,3068 that the guard7323 bore5375 them, and brought7725 them back7725 into413 the guard7323 chamber.8372

29 Was aber mehr von Rehabeam7346 zu sagen ist3789, und3499 alles, was er getan6213 hat, siehe, das1697 ist geschrieben in der Chronik5612 der Könige4428 Judas.

30 Es war aber Krieg4421 zwischen Rehabeam7346 und3117 Jerobeam3379 ihr Leben lang.
